Shree Gajraj Housing Nirman Pvt Ltd was incorporated in 2003. The Directors of the company have over 40 years of experience in the real estate industry, with projects constructed in Shivaji Park, Dadar and Matunga. All projects have obtained Full Occupation Certificates.

The company has successfully competed Slum rehabilitation under regulation 33(10) of the DCPR Regulations, 1991, rehabilitated over 1,500 Slum dwellers in BKC and along with JV Partners, constructed over 35,000 sq meters of sale area for the project.

The Company has successfully completed a stand-alone project in Matunga with OC.
